Magnolia offers low-code development using file-based configuration and YAML, called Light Development. YAML is used to create Magnolia page and component templates, dialog definitions, REST APIs, and various other Magnolia configurations.
The YAML Assistant for IntelliJ accelerates Magnolia Light Development by making it even easier for developers to edit Magnolia configuration files in IntelliJ.
The IntelliJ plug-in implements the following functionality for editing YAML files:
Making file parameters clickable to easily open a referenced file
Auto-completion for Magnolia definitions such as parameter names and values
Adapting file references automatically when the original changes
